I ask myself:

🔹 Push through the tough days like her?
🔹 Choose growth even when it’s uncomfortable?
It’s not how she looks that’s inspiring
It’s the mindset and the resilience
Which can something inside you too👏🏻

Trying to do it all by yourself is usually the reason nothing changes
Not because you’re not capable but because you’re guessing instead of following a clear structure
Training, nutrition, consistency… it all becomes easier when you’re not figuring it out alone

I’ve been training consistently for 7 years now
And honestly, there’s been plenty of times where I’ve felt fed up, bored, or frustrated because I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted
That’s usually when I knew something needed to change
Over the years, my focus has gone from:
Aesthetics → photoshoot prep → functional training → running → HYROX
It hasn’t been one change straight away after another, it’s been over the years and it might change again!
But what’s helped me transition well and make sure that I seen results is that i’ve had 3 different coaches over the past 4 years
And every one of them helped me in a different way or gave me what I needed at that stage
So if you are getting fed up, it might be that you need to make a change
Maybe you just need a new challenge, a new goal, or more direction
That could look like:
• Giving your training more purpose
• Setting a specific goal
• Booking a race or event
• Getting support from someone who can guide you properly
