Most people think 3 days of drinking, eating out and late nights will ruin their progress.
They’re wrong.
The photo on the left was taken 5 weeks before the photo on the right.
The photo on the right was taken AFTER 3 days in Albufeira.
Alcohol.
Meals out.
Late nights.
Airport food.
And absolutely no calorie tracking…. Neither was I over the past 5 weeks!
Yet I still came back leaner.
Why?
Because fat loss isn’t decided by one weekend.
It’s decided by what you do the other 95% of the time.
In those 5 weeks I also had:
• Two weekends away
• Meals out
• Drinks with friends
• Trips to London and Leeds
But I had structure around it.
I wasn’t trying to be perfect.
I wasn’t “starting again Monday.”
And I definitely wasn’t punishing myself after every meal out.
That’s the mistake most people make.
One takeaway turns into a bad weekend.
A bad weekend turns into a bad week.
And before they know it, they’re back where they started.
The goal isn’t to avoid holidays, drinks and meals out.
The goal is to build a body that can handle them.
Because if your fat loss plan only works when life is perfect…It doesn’t work.
