Yes, I jumped in on short notice, but will that stop me from winning all 3 fights.... No it will not.

Life is so precious, we often forget how precious it is until we lose the ones we love the most.
The way loss can totally break us so that we have no choice but to rebuild from the bottom up and “fix” some things along the way that we know need to change.
The loss of a loved one can show us strength, resilience, and independence we may not have known we had.
Going through loss and learning how to carry on helps give you the skills to handle tough situations in the future.

🏔️ CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! 🚶♂️✨
This May/June, I'm embarking on a journey not just for my own limits, but for a cause that beats at the heart of our community, sucideawareness and mental health is something i want to raise awareness for so I'm taking on the 24-hour hike challenge up and down Slieve Donard, the highest peak in Northern Ireland.
I want to raise money for as this is something close to my heart.
What Ryan and his family, friends, coaches, and training partners have had to deal with is so testing. 🌟
🌄 From dusk till dawn, I'll be pushing through every step, every breath, every moment of doubt, because I believe in the transformative power of giving back to those in need.
But this is more than a trek; it's a testament to what we can accomplish when we unite for a greater good. As I climb each meter of Slieve Donard's rugged beauty, I'll carry with me the hope and strength for Ryan and anyone struggling in the Dark.
I need your cheers, your support, and your belief—not just in me, but in the incredible work of everyone helping. Every donation, no matter the size, brings that added help to Ryan and his family. Let's make every step count!
