⛳ WE’RE RECRUITING – DEPUTY HEAD GREENKEEPER ⛳

Balmoral Golf Club, Belfast is looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Head Greenkeeper to join our green-keeping team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Course Manager, helping to lead the team and maintain and develop the course to the highest possible standards.

🌱 The Role
• Assist with the day-to-day management of the golf course
• Help lead, support and develop the greenkeeping team
• Deliver excellent course conditions throughout the year
• Support course improvement and development programmes
• Take responsibility for operations in the Course Manager’s absence

👤 We’re looking for someone with:
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant greenkeeping experience
• A recognised greenkeeping/turf management qualification
• Strong practical turf and course maintenance knowledge
• Leadership and team management skills
• A passion for high standards and course presentation

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious greenkeeper looking to take the next step in their career and play an important role in Balmoral Golf Club's future development.
