T-Fit turns 8 today 🎂🎈

Every year we celebrate our opening date with a big group workout and some lovely food from Picnic Lisburn afterwards 🍔

As always, it was great seeing a good load of our members taking part in our annual murph workout. Its a tough one but scaleable for all levels and everyone did themselves proud today as usual 💪

Not to get soppy on you guys but without your support, we wouldn’t still be here 8 years later, continuing to grow, improve and invest in the gym and the services we provide.

The kind words I get about T-Fit never go unnoticed ❤️Every compliment, review and bit of feedback means a lot more than you probably realise. Knowing people enjoy coming here and feel comfortable makes everything behind the scenes worth it.

Does this sound like you?

I’ve had lots of conversations in the gym recently with females who are trying to stick to low calories and getting frustrated that it’s so hard and they’re not seeing the results they want 🥲

I’ve encouraged some of them to increase their calories slightly and all of a sudden, they’re actually starting to lose weight and see progress 🤯

It’s not about eating as much as you want… it’s about finding the right amount for you so you have the energy to train, recover and actually feel good, while still reaching your goals 🏆

End of an era 💫

Today we say goodbye to Cameron after 7+ years here at T-Fit 🥲

He’s been a big part of the gym since he joined back in October 2018 and will be missed for sure!

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank him for everything he’s brought to T-Fit over the years and wish the very best of luck in his new venture as he takes the big step to open his own facility.

⛳ Charity Golf Day – Sunday 26th July 📆

We’re excited to be hosting our Charity Golf Day on Sunday 26th July in support of Cancer Fund for Children.

This is a charity that does incredible work supporting children and young people affected by cancer, as well as the families around them, and we’re proud to be raising money to help support the services they provide.

It’s set to be a great day of golf, good company and fundraising for a fantastic cause. Whether you’re a regular golfer or just fancy getting involved, we’d love to see as many members and friends as possible taking part.

If you’d like to enter a team, play as an individual, sponsor a hole, donate a prize or support the event in any way, please get in touch with Tash.

As a team we have lots of things in common but when we were all asked what our favourite thing about T-Fit was, I never have expected us all to have the same answer…

Mainly because I thought Cormac would say the music (when he picks it) and Pete would say the treadmill where you’ll usually find him doing his steps 🚶🏻‍♂️😂

But the real answer = the members, the community & the friendly atmosphere. Thats not just created by us, everyone plays a part in that and its class to see 👍
