Hi members! Coming September we're making some changes to the timetable. This is to incorporate more classes of different age ranges to give older children (8years+) a class that is more serious than the standard beginner class (5years +) Please share this post if you know anybody who may be interested.
Classes will remain pay as you go, but please text or call to book your slot, or to cancel/swap sessions so that I can keep track of numbers.

Hello parkour members! I’m writing to let you know the timetable for August as i have some dates i cannot find cover for or cannot attend myself.

In September there will be a new timetable put in place with classes for age ranges 5yr-8yr, 8yr-12yr, 12yr+ and adult 16+

*New class!* on Wednesdays 8:00-9:30pm our very own .pk will be running an advanced class. This will NOT be replacing any other classes but running alongside the open sessions and beginner classes.
These classes will be more structured lessons rather than our open sessions, and so will require a higher minimum age of 12+ but open to young adults/adults who want a more in depth parkour education and environment to learn.

Hello members! It’s Josh here from The Playground Parkour. I’m messaging to let you know about a new 6-week block of classes at the National Gymnastics Centre in Lisburn (Salto) that will be running on Wednesdays 6:30-8:30 and will focus on the acrobatic side of parkour and learn apparatus like the trampoline and vaulting. This new class will not replace the Wednesday session in Springbank gym but will run alongside it with myself taking this 6-week block. There are 15 spaces right now and it will be first come first serve. The classes will be £15 for 2 hours. Please let me know if you’re interested in signing up.
