⛰️💜 SLIEVE BINNIAN 💜⛰️

What a day

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for our hike up Slieve Binnian yesterday.

It was great to spend time with members away from training sessions, catch up, have a few laughs and enjoy the challenge together. The sense of community within the group was on full flow from start to finish 👏🏻

And somehow we got seriously lucky with the weather ☀️

A great day, great company and plenty of craic 😁

We’re incredibly grateful to have such a brilliant community around us and we’re already looking forward to the next adventure 💜

Cathy & Claire 👏🏻💜

1000’s Of Sessions Later…

If you had told Cathy and Claire when they first walked through our doors that one day they would become regular gym-goers, confident in their training, genuinely enjoy coming to the gym and completing over a 1000 sessions each they probably wouldn’t have believed you.

Because like so many females who start with us, they didn’t arrive with loads of gym experience.

They didn’t arrive knowing exactly what to do.

They didn’t arrive feeling confident training

They simply started.
- One session at a time.

- One workout at a time.

- One small win at a time.

Since then, they’ve shown up week after week, built incredible consistency, learned how to train properly and developed confidence that extends far beyond the gym floor.

The biggest thing for us isn’t just the incredible progress they’ve made physically.

It’s seeing the way they carry themselves now.

Walking into the gym with confidence.

Knowing exactly what they’re capable of.

Enjoying training.

Being part of a community 💜

Supporting others who are now starting the same journey they once started themselves.

This photo probably won’t show up as a “before and after” transformation.

But it shows something far more important.

It shows two girls who made a decision to start.

And then kept showing up.

1000’s of sessions later, that one decision has completely changed their outlook on training, health and what they believe they’re capable of achieving.

And that’s what this is really all about 💜

If you’re sitting on the fence wondering if the gym is for you, remember this…

Cathy and Claire started exactly where you are now.

The only difference is they decided to take the first step and they haven’t looked back since.

We are extremely proud of you both and everything yous have accomplished 👏🏻

Well done girls 💜

40KG Down for Nuala 👏🏻

An absolutely incredible achievement and one that deserves massive recognition 👏🏻

Over the last 3 years Nuala has completely transformed her lifestyle, habits, mindset and confidence.

Yes, losing 40kg is an unbelievable accomplishment…

But the biggest thing for us has been watching her grow in confidence, become so much stronger and truly comfortable within herself both inside and outside of the gym 💪🏻

The girl who maybe once doubted herself is now lifting serious weights, attacking sessions with confidence and showing up every single week with unbelievable consistency.

Holding this 40kg kettlebell really puts into perspective just how much progress she has made 👏🏻

40kg gone.
Stronger than ever.
More confident.
Healthier.
Happier.
And still pushing forward 🚀

One thing Nuala has always said throughout her journey is that there was nothing dramatic, drastic or “magic” involved, with

No quick fixes, No extremes, No overnight transformation.

Just small habits built over time, sticking to the process and continuing to improve step by step over the last 3 years.

And that’s what makes this achievement even more special

Nuala, we are all unbelievably proud of you and everything you have achieved so far.

A true inspiration to so many people within our community 👏🏻💜

Keep up the incredible work our friend 💪🏻

BUILD FOR SUMMER Progamme ☀️💜

This programme isn’t just about training harder.
It’s about helping females feel stronger, fitter, healthier and more confident in themselves heading into summer.

A lot of the girls you see in this video started exactly where many females are now… low confidence, unsure where to start, uncomfortable walking into gyms and feeling like fitness wasn’t really “for them.”

That’s why this programme is built differently.

A female-only coaching programme designed to help females feel comfortable, supported and coached properly from day one 💜

✔️ Female-only coaching sessions
✔️ Small group training
✔️ A flexible training timetable
✔️ Supportive environment
✔️ Coaches guiding you through everything
✔️ A community of females all pushing in the same direction

The biggest thing most girls notice isn’t just physical progress…

It’s how much better they start to feel mentally, More energy. More confidence. More belief in themselves.

And the best part?

You actually start enjoying training 💜

If this sounds like something you’d love to be part of, DM “SUMMER” and we’d love to chat to see if Build For Summer is the right fit for you ☀️

“Do you even Bench bro?” 😅

The bench press is probably one of the most recognised upper body strength exercises there is and for good reason. It’s a fantastic movement for building strength, muscle and overall upper body performance 💪🏻

But more isn’t always better.

One mistake we see a lot is people benching heavy 2–3 times per week, chasing numbers every session without enough balance in their training.

Too much focus on max strength work can leave the shoulders and joints feeling beat up.
Too much hypertrophy-only work without strength progression can leave people spinning their wheels.

The sweet spot is usually a blend of both.

If your goal is to improve your Bench Press, we’d generally recommend:

• 1 main barbell bench session per week
• Focus on quality reps and progressive overload
• Then build accessory work around it with movements like DB bench, incline press, pause reps, tempo work and upper back work.

A bigger bench isn’t just built from benching more.
It’s built from improving overall upper body strength, stability and recovery.

Train smart, recover well and stay consistent 👊🏻
