Most people think getting fit is all about motivation.
But for a lot of our members, it’s actually about balance.
Alistair’s been with us since 2019.
Has a highly stressful job as a Paediatric surgeon often working long days.
And instead of trying to force himself through fitness alone, he found something he could actually enjoy and stick to.
Early morning sessions.Good people around him.Good craic.A group pushing each other on.

Two and half years at Tribe now for our member Kevin.
When Kevin first joined our lisburn gym we only ran boxing sessions.
Since then, the gym has evolved a lot with the addition of our small group PT sessions and then recently in the past 12 months our Hyrox classes.
It’s been amazing to see how much progress Kevin and his wife Emma have made at the gym since starting.
They done their first hyrox doubles in Dublin and then again in Glasgow recently shaving 7 minutes of their time.
That’s what it’s all about.
Staying challenged, staying consistent and always having something to work towards.
