Sometimes you probably think your teacher is just counting reps or teaching choreography.

We’re also watching you get a little braver every week. 🥹

One of my favourite things about having a small studio is that you aren’t just another person in a packed room. Our teachers learn your names. They know what you’ve been working on. They notice when something finally clicks.

And if you’re reading this thinking, “I’d love to try that, but everyone there probably already knows what they’re doing”…

They didn’t.
