Fit 4 Life GVRT The Fit 4 Life centre is located at 339-341 Donegall road on the second floor of the Richview Regeneration Centre. Keeping the Community active!

The fit for life centre is here to provide a service to the local and wider community. We cater for sports teams, seniors, youth groups, schools and can arrange a tailor made health and fitness programme for you! We offer a wide range of classes, open gym sessions and are available for private hire. We currently have two PT's training their clients from our gym and they are available at a great affordable rate. Our staff are here to work with and for you so please don't hesitate to call in for a visit and try out our community gym. Everyone is welcome!

LOOK what's back!!! New instructor Simon cannot wait to start our new Dance Fit class. 10 weeks of the best fitness class which is more like a night out with the girls....what's not to like! Every Tuesday starting 22nd September for 10 weeks. it's back!! 16th september will see the return of our community choir. Come and grab a cuppa from 6:30pm, choir starts at 7pm and we are finished by 8pm.
