Tuesday Night MELT
If you've never tried MELT before, it's a gentle restorative class designed to improve glide through the fascia, hydrate tissues and ease areas of tension that can build up through everyday life.
Using soft massage balls, gentle movement and moments of stillness, we explore ways of creating more space, adaptability and ease within the body. Through a series of self-massage techniques and movement sequences, we encourage tissues to soften, rehydrate and move with greater freedom.
As the body begins to find more ease, mobility and flexibility often emerge naturally as part of the process. Rather than forcing change, we create the conditions for it.
This class can be particularly supportive for those who find it difficult to switch off or whose minds are used to constant stimulation. By working with both stimulation and release, we give the nervous system something to engage with whilst also creating opportunities to slow down, notice and feel more deeply into the body.
If you're curious, come along and give it a try.

If you’re curious about the Pilates system beyond mat work — or you already practice mat Pilates and want to go a little deeper — I’m currently offering discounted 1:1 case study sessions in Exeter while I complete my BASI comprehensive training.
As I work through my studies, I’m gradually building my repertoire on the apparatus: starting with the Reformer, and moving into the wider system, including the Wunda Chair, Cadillac and Tower. These sessions are a chance to explore how the apparatus supports strength, mobility, alignment, and confidence in movement — with plenty of time for individual attention.
If you live in Exeter (or can travel), message me and I’ll send you availability and full info. Spaces are limited.

This is an extended MELT session with live sound bowls played by Jo Hawker, who’ll be playing along with the room and responding to how we move.
We’ll use soft FAMO fascia massage balls and gentle movement sequences to help the body feel more open, mobile, and reset — the kind of class that leaves you feeling lighter without needing to “push”.
Expect slow, guided sequences and a bit of playful dynamic motion on and around the massage balls, all held in a calm soundscape.
We’ll explore a few simple movement qualities:
Yielding: softening and settling
Gliding: moving with more ease
Fluidity: helping the tissues feel juicier and freer
Adaptability: helping your body respond more easily to change
Come and MELT into your weekend.
