FULL TIME: Fylde Community FC 4 - 2 Athletico (Super 6s XI)
A fantastic win from FCFC as we come out victors against a strong Athletico side.
Samuel Hinds put us in the lead, scoring from the spot early on. 🎯
We went into half-time 3-0 in the lead, as Martin Hayes put on a playmaking masterclass setting up both Josh Prout and Noah Maclaren with goals 🪄
Our final goal came in the second half, as Conor Dempsey found himself at the end of a Samuel Hinds cross, sealing the win for FCFC 🎉
A massive thank you to Deano and his Athletico boys for a well contested, competitive game played in the right spirit and everyone who came down to watch 🤝

FULL TIME: Thornton Community FC 2 – 2 Fylde Community FC
A hard-fought game ends all square as we share the points on the road.
We started brightly and got our reward in the first half, taking the lead through Samuel Hinds, who fired home from long range after a smart lay-off from Josh Topping to make it 1–0.
Thornton responded before the break to level things up, sending the sides in at 1–1.
The hosts then edged in front during the second half, putting us under pressure, but the lads showed great character to fight back.
On his return from injury, Keiffer Earnshaw made an instant impact with a perfectly weighted inside pass to Noah MacLaren, who calmly slotted home a late equaliser to make it 2–2.
Plenty of positives and resilience shown right to the final whistle 💪

From the walkout to the final whistle, Bloomfield Road gave the lads memories that will stay with them for a long time.
It was also the perfect stage to show off our new kit, and safe to say… it looked absolutely class out on the Bloomfield Road pitch.
