When we stop training for a few days, the come back feels horrible and it’s unavoidable! The longer the break, the worse the feeling, ofc… 💀
This was my first half term since I closed the company, and for the first time I had all the time in the world for our son, it felt so right!
But this is exactly what consistency is, doing it while we can, how we can and when we can.
My workout started at 4pm feeling cold and with a coffee to help me 😅 but finished feeling great! 👇🏼
15 min warm up on the cold 🥶 garage (will take you 7
Inside the house)
40 seconds ON - 20 seconds OFF x 3 sets non stop + took a big break (for filming) and did one more set.
1. Single swings
2. Squat to swing
3. Gorilla rows
4. Possibly the worst pull ups you have ever seen in your life. (Swap for push ups if you need to)
Cardio: 20 min skipping and dancing.

My first decent workout wasn’t on the 1st of January or the 5th… it was actually last Friday ❤️🔥 aaaand It felt terribly heavy but so good! 💪🏼
After the Christmas break, full of food, partieeessss, late nights and off routine completely. The come back wasn’t going to be easy!
My current split is 2 leg days, 1 glute day and 1 back and shoulders. Alll of them with cardio after workout at least 15 minutes if I want to loose the 2,5kg post Christmas ✨
Also, food is not quite there yet… But I’m not stressing -MUCH- about it. Before Christmas I was doing realllllly well, lost 5kg almost 6kg!!!!! And I needdddd to get back to it so I will.
Anyway mi amorrrrrrr, I think I’m going to start posting my routines here, it’s been a while! I’d like to know if you guys would like that
