Every session is a choice.

A choice to turn up.
A choice to put the work in.
A choice to become stronger, fitter and more capable.

Not for a quick fix.

Not because every session is easy.

But because you’ve decided that improving yourself matters.

That’s what you see every day at Vectis.

Different ages.
Different abilities.
Different goals.

But the same mindset.

Show up. Train with purpose. Keep progressing.

Because the goal isn’t just to be fit today.

It’s to build strength that lasts.

This is Vectis. 💪

Two weddings. A World Cup. Plenty of drinks and late nights…

And Nick has still managed to do this in just 3 weeks 👇

⚖️ Body weight: 98.1kg → 97.3kg
⬇️ 0.8kg

🔥 Body fat: 24.7kg → 22kg
⬇️ 2.7kg

💪 Muscle mass: 67.7kg → 69.7kg
⬆️ 2kg

Nick is heading into week 4 of our 6 Week Transformation, and what I like most about these results is that life hasn’t stopped while he’s been doing it.

He’s had two weddings to attend.

He’s navigated the World Cup with drinks, late nights and everything that comes with it.

And we’ve never expected him to avoid any of it.

Because a successful transformation shouldn’t require you to put your social life on hold for six weeks.

We’ve focused on what Nick can control:

Consistent training.

Better nutrition around the social occasions.

Getting back on track afterwards.

And not letting one night out become a bad week.

The result?

2.7kg less body fat.
2kg more muscle.
Only 0.8kg difference on the scales.

Another great example of why the scales never tell the whole story.

And the best bit?

We’re only halfway through.

Three more weeks to see what we can achieve. 💪

This is what our 6 Week Transformation is about.

Not perfection.

Consistency, structure and progress that works around real life.

Build strength that lasts.

One of the biggest mistakes people make in the gym is trying to progress too quickly.

More weight.
More intensity.
More reps.

But if the movement isn’t there, neither are the long-term results.

That’s why every new training block at Vectis starts with building the foundations. We focus on quality movement, strong positions and consistent technique before increasing the intensity.

Over the next four weeks, every session has a purpose. Every lift builds on the last, all leading towards testing week, where we measure the progress that’s been earned—not guessed.

This isn’t random programming.

It’s structured strength and conditioning designed to help you become stronger, fitter and more resilient for the long term.

Because you don’t achieve a personal best on testing day.

You achieve it through the work you put in during the weeks before.

Follow along over the next month as we take our members through this training block and show you exactly how we build strength that lasts.

Most gyms sell equipment.

We build community.

The workouts matter.

The coaching matters.

But the reason people keep turning up is because they’re surrounded by people who genuinely want them to succeed.

That’s how habits are built.

That’s how confidence grows.

That’s how lifestyles change.

Unleash Your Potential

One of the biggest mistakes people make is judging progress by body weight alone.

Chris has gained weight.

Yet he’s lost 4.5kg of body fat and gained 5.6kg of lean muscle in just three weeks.

That means he’s becoming stronger, healthier and more capable—not simply lighter.

This is exactly why our 6-week transformation isn’t a crash diet or a quick-fix challenge. It’s a coaching programme built around improving your lifestyle, your training and your long-term health.

The goal isn’t to lose weight.

The goal is to build a body that performs better.

Another great turnout for this week’s VECTIS x Palm Beach Run Club. 👏

An easy 5km along Bournemouth Beach, starting and finishing at Palm Beach, with runners of all abilities enjoying the miles together.

That’s exactly what this club is about.

Not racing.

Not comparing.

Just getting outside, moving together and building a community that supports each other.

Whether you’re training for your first 5km, a HYROX event, a marathon, or simply want to improve your fitness, you’re welcome to join us.

Most people think getting fitter means doing more cardio.

We don’t.

Today’s session combined heavy deadlifts, front squats, dumbbell shoulder press and conditioning—but every part had a purpose.

🏋️ Deadlifts build real-world strength.
🏋️ Front squats improve mobility, posture and athleticism.
🏋️ Shoulder pressing develops upper-body strength and resilience.
🏃 Then we finish with conditioning to build an engine that actually lasts.

At Vectis, we don’t program random workouts to leave you exhausted.

We coach with a plan, so every session moves you closer to becoming stronger, fitter and healthier.

Because lasting results don’t come from chasing calories burned—they come from building a body that’s capable of more.

If you’ve been training without structure and wondering why you’re not progressing, keep an eye on our page next week. We’ve got something exciting coming that could completely change the way you train.
