Meet the coaches!

At Cambridge Baseball Club, we’re fortunate to have an outstanding team of coaches who bring a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the club. From introducing complete beginners to the game through to helping experienced players develop their skills, our coaches are passionate about baseball and committed to supporting every player’s development. Best of all, they do it entirely as volunteers, generously giving their time, knowledge, and enthusiasm to help our members learn, improve, and enjoy the sport.

The Cambridge League Summer Series gets underway TOMORROW as Hawking’s Black Holes take on Turing’s Enigma in the opening game of the competition!

Our annual Cambridge Baseball rivalry game returned today with Div 5 team Monarchs taking on the Div 4 Royals.

The teams welcomed social players and newcomers for an afternoon of fun, competitive baseball. 8 innings were played with a final score of 17:4 to the Royals 🤛🏼⚾🤛🏼

As both Royals and Monarchs have bye weeks in their BBF division, our annual Cambridge Baseball rivalry game returns this Sunday.

The Monarchs and Royals will go head-to-head, with club members, social players, and newcomers drafted into both teams for an afternoon of fun, competitive baseball.

Whether you’re a current BBF player, new to the club, or simply fancy a game, you’re welcome to join.

⚾ CAMBRIDGE LEAGUE – SUMMER SERIES ⚾
Following the Spring Series, the Cambridge League returns this summer as four teams battle for the Summer Series title.

Players have already been assigned to teams, with new players welcome throughout the season and allocated to a roster as they join.

🍎 APL – Newton's Apples
🔐 ENI – Turing's Enigma

The Summer Series will take place during selected Thursday training nights, with first pitch scheduled for 18:00. Each team will face every other team once in a six-game round-robin schedule.

Games will replace normal Thursday training sessions and will last approximately 90–120 minutes.

League standings will be tracked throughout the series, with the team holding the best record at the end of the summer crowned Cambridge League Summer Series Champions.

On Sunday the Cambridge Monarchs travelled to Northants Baseball Club to play the Northants Centurion 2s. A great day of baseball was had, with each team taking a win. See you for a rematch in June, Centurions!

Last weekend our BBF Div 5 Monarchs team embraced the scorching weather and played Herts Raptors at Herts Baseball Club - thank you for hosting us! This coming weekend the Monarchs are playing the Northants Centurian 2s away at Northants Baseball Club - the weather is looking a bit cooler and we're looking forward to a good game!
