Update on Grove community swimming: we are not able to restart at the beginning of this year as we have not yet found a new lifeguard. We will keep you posted on further news!

Last Saturday we said goodbye to our fantastic lifeguard who's been with us for a year and half! We're still trying to recruit a new lifeguard, so no more swim sessions sadly until we manage that! Please do share the word!

And if you're interested in volunteering, we have a training opportunity coming up in July - drop us a message.

This half term we're running one more session on 9th May. We'd love to run more! We have 3 opportunities coming up for new volunteers to receive training to be added to our team 🙂 If you're interested in getting involved, drop us a message, react to this post, or email [email protected]

PS Did you know that some employers allow specific leave for voluntary activities? so it might be easier to attend a day-time training session than you thought! Sessions last approx 1 hour.

Just a reminder: no swimming this Saturday, 2nd May. Enjoy the bank holiday weekend!
