🤸‍♀️ WE’RE RECRUITING – ASSISTANT HEAD OF WOMEN’S COMPETITIVE PERFORMANCE 🤸‍♀️

Cambridge Gymnastics Academy is looking for a passionate and ambitious coach to join our Women’s Competitive Performance team, working closely alongside our High Performance Coach.

This opportunity could suit an experienced Women’s Artistic Coach ready for their next challenge, or a developing coach with the passion and potential to progress into a senior role.

⏰ Full-time – 37.5 hours over 5 days | Paid breaks
📅 Monday–Thursday & Saturday
💷 Very competitive salary, dependent on experience & qualifications

For an experienced coach, we’ll shape the role around your strengths and give you the opportunity to bring your expertise and ideas to our programme.

For a developing coach, you’ll receive a comprehensive mentoring programme with our HPC, alongside investment in your training, qualifications and long-term development.

We’re looking for someone with high standards, exceptional attention to detail, a positive child-focused approach and a genuine passion for Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.
We’re not simply looking for the highest qualification – we’re looking for the right person.

☕💚 COFFEE MORNING – ALL WEEK! 💚☕

This week at Cambridge Gymnastics Academy, we’re inviting our pre-school parents and carers to stay for a FREE coffee, tea and biscuit during their allocated coffee slot.

For us, gymnastics has always been about so much more than learning skills. Sport brings people together, and we want our club to be a place where friendships are formed not only between our gymnasts, but between their families too. ❤️

Those few minutes spent having a coffee and a chat with another parent can be the start of a new friendship, help someone feel a little less isolated, or simply give you a chance to connect with other families who you see every week but may never have actually spoken to.

So please stay, grab a drink and a biscuit, say hello to someone new and enjoy a little bit of time together. ☕🍪

Everything is completely FREE, but if you would like to make a small donation, we'll be collecting throughout the week for Macmillan Cancer Support. 💚

We’re really looking forward to seeing our CGA community coming together this week. And for anyone that is new, we have FREE tasters all week! 🥰

Next week we're bringing back something we've really missed at CGA — Pre-School Coffee Mornings!

Before Covid, families would often stay after gymnastics, grab a drink and get to know other parents. We want to start creating those connections again. ❤️

So whether you're a current member or joining us for a FREE taster next week, drinks & biscuits are on us! ☕️🍪

We're also supporting the Macmillan Coffee Morning. Everything is completely FREE, but optional donations to Macmillan are very welcome. 💚

☕ WHEN CAN I STAY?

🐯 Toddling Tigers | Mon–Fri
Normal: 9:40–10:25am
☕ Stay for coffee until 11:20am

🦘 Jumping Joeys | Mon–Fri
Normal: 10:35–11:20am
☕ Arrive from 9:40am for coffee beforehand

🐒 Marvellous Monkeys
Tea, coffee & biscuits available during your normal session.

👶 Fun 4 Baby | Wednesday
Normal: 12:30–1:15pm
☕ Stay for coffee until 1:45pm

Can't stay? Absolutely no problem! Attend and leave at your normal class times as usual. ❤️

🔐 Our gate remains locked during sessions, so please arrive/leave at either your normal class times or the coffee morning times above.

Cambridge Gymnastics Academy is looking for a passionate and ambitious coach to join our team, working closely alongside our High Performance Coach (HPC) to support the running and continued development of our Women’s Competitive Performance pathway.

This opportunity could suit an experienced Women’s Artistic Coach looking for their next challenge, or a talented developing coach ready to progress their career.

⏰ 37.5 hours per week over 5 days
📅 Monday–Thursday & Saturday

⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT?

For an experienced coach, we can shape the role around your strengths and expertise. You’ll take responsibility for groups, contribute your technical knowledge and ideas, and play an active role in developing our competitive programme.

For a developing coach, you’ll receive a comprehensive mentoring and development programme in the run-up to Christmas, working alongside our exceptional HPC before progressing to taking groups independently with continued support.

We’re not simply recruiting the highest qualification – we’re looking for the right person.

🍂🍁 AUTUMN BEGINS! 🍁🍂

The leaves are changing, the days are getting cooler and autumn has officially arrived… which means a brand-new theme for our Pre-School Gymnastics sessions! 🐿️🍁

This week we’ll be bringing a little autumn magic into the gym, with lots of themed activities alongside climbing, balancing, jumping, swinging and exploring. 🤸‍♀️

Our Pre-School programme is busier than ever, with over 150 little gymnasts enjoying their sessions with us each week! ❤️

And there’s still time to come and join the fun! If you’ve been thinking about trying gymnastics with your little one, you can still book a taster session and come along to see what it’s all about.

Our sessions are all about learning through movement and play, building confidence, developing important physical skills and, most importantly, having lots of fun along the way.

✨ Looking for something new this half term for your little one? ✨

In today’s busy world, it’s easy to miss those special moments of connection with our children. At Cambridge Gymnastics Academy, we create space for exactly that ❤️

From just 6 weeks old up to school age, our sessions give you 45 minutes of quality time together — exploring, learning gymnastics-based skills, and most importantly… having fun!

🌟 Thursday 3rd – Wednesday 9th September – Free Taster Sessions 🌟

This half term, we are preparing the children to transition to the next stage. This is incredibly beneficial for any child who is going to start reception in September.

👶 Classes we offer:
• Fun 4 Baby (6 weeks – walking): Wed 12.30–1.15pm | £8.77 per session (paid termly)
• Toddling Tigers (Walking – 2 yrs): Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs/Fri 9.40–10.25am £8.24 per session (paid termly)
