I know it’s hard to keep on top of EVERYTHING with the kids going back to school, work, jobs etc!!! But coming twice a week will be the SELF CARE you NEED mentally & phsically🤝
Trust me, you don’t need another expensive take away matcha coffee🍵 For the same price you can come to a class and it will give you SO MUCH in terms of your mood & body 👍
