We’re so excited to be recruiting the first cohort of Stiwdio Glow Academy Reformer Pilates Instructors 🤎
This is more than a teaching role. We’re looking for people who want to grow with Glow, invest in their own practice and become exceptional, women’s health-led Pilates instructors.
Full Reformer training will be provided in-house through our women’s health-led Reformer Pilates certification programme.
We’re looking for candidates who:
✨ Are deeply passionate about women’s health and movement
✨ Understand and genuinely resonate with the Glow mission: making Pilates, Reformer Pilates and movement accessible to more women
✨ Hold, or are willing to work towards before teaching, a Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification or Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification
✨ Want to continually improve their own Pilates practice and take part in regular CPD
✨ Are committed to delivering the very highest standard of Pilates teaching
✨ Are true team players who want to contribute to the studio beyond simply turning up and teaching a class
✨ Understand that building a career in Pilates requires commitment, including teaching evenings and weekends
✨ Are willing to teach across our Cardiff and Barry locations
✨ Love working predominantly with women, while being comfortable and flexible teaching men too
✨ Enjoy both group classes and one-to-one teaching
✨ Want to go above and beyond for their clients, their team and the wider Glow community
We’re looking for people who see this as an opportunity to build something, not simply fill a few hours on a timetable.
