𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀?

That's a couple at their very first Salsa class with us last week. They walked in a little nervous — like almost everyone does on their first night — not quite sure what they'd signed up for. After the end of the class, this is what we caught: two people completely in the moment, grinning like the rest of the room had disappeared.

And here's the part most people don't expect — you don't need to bring anyone to feel like that.

Most people come through our door on their own, not knowing a soul. They leave with new friends, aching cheeks from laughing, and that lovely loose feeling of having properly switched off for an evening. No phone. No to-do list. No partner needed. Just music, movement, and a roomful of friendly people who were all beginners once too. 🩷

It's an evening that's good for the body, brilliant for the head, and — fair warning — a little bit addictive.

If you've ever thought "I'd love to, but I'm just not the dancing type"... that's exactly who these classes are made for.

We're dancing Monday to Thursday across Cardiff and Cowbridge every week. Beginners always welcome. Pay as you go — no membership, no pressure. The first step really is the hardest part, and it gets easier the second the class starts.

🌿 Huge patio doors open all evening
The Cowbridge venue has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open right out onto a beautiful patio. On a warm May evening this place is honestly stunning. Cool breeze drifting in, lovely outdoor setting, and dancing that feels more like a night out than a class. This is the night Cowbridge was made for.

THURSDAY 28 MAY — Latin Revolution, The Philharmonic, Cardiff Town Centre

Salsa & Bachata classes from 7pm in main club room, then social dancing in the upstairs Gold Lounge from 10pm approx, both rooms have air con — Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and Reggaeton until late.
