The CrossFit Open is approaching quickly, come down and join us for Friday Night Lights every Friday starting from the 27th Feb till the 13th of March at 4:30pm - this will be replacing our 5:30pm Hyrox class until the 13th March then the timetable will go back to normal! 💪🏼💪🏼

Exciting news here at MYF we are now a HYROX affiliate along side CrossFit! 🏃♀️ 🏋🏼♀️
New classes will be added to the timetable from Monday the 9th Feb, so if you fancy HYROX with a view and some fresh air in the countryside to fill your lungs drop us a message to get signed up!!

The new year is here! And here at CrossFit MYF we are offering 2 week free trial for new members, whether this is the start of your fitness journey or you’ve been doing it for a while everyone is welcome!
We have expert coaches to coach you through all the movements and classes and everything is able to be tailored to where you are in your fitness journey!!

CrossFit MYF SUMMER THROWDOWN workouts!!!
Workout 1-
Each team will have 10 minutes to both establish a heavy complex, only 1 athlete working at a time. The hang will be anywhere below the hip and above the knee. If the bar is off the ground at 09:59, the complex will count if successfully completed.
Workout 2 -
2x 22.5/15kg RX
2x 15/10kg Scaled
Athletes can split reps as they wish. The first rep on each round of dumbbells, they can be taken straight from the floor to shoulders. Both dumbbells must be on the floor before the other athlete can jump on to the rig.
Workout 3-
Box height 24/20 RX & Scaled
RX - Dumbbell 2x22.5/15kg
Scaled - Dumbbell 2x15/10kg
KB - 16/12
Rowing cannot begin until athlete 1 has finished his/her double unders/singles. Athlete 2 may wait on the rower for athlete 1 to finish. Both athletes must row in each round and transition will happen as monitor passes 250m. Reps can be split any way for pull-ups and box step overs.
