Hey Guys,

Just a heads up - we will be closed on Monday for the Bank Holiday - but classes for the rest of the week will still go ahead. The only class not happening is the girls only 4pm-5pm class on Tuesday.

Free Sessions for girls aged 11-15!! Come and join us!!

Morning Guys,

We are noticing attendance dropping from some members. We are now at a point that we have a huge waiting list and won’t be holding spaces. If you do not let us know why your child/ you are not attending and you miss 2 consecutive sessions you will loose your space.

When joining us you agreed to a commitment of 2 sessions minimum per week and some are not doing this. We have been lenient for a long time - but now we are stopping others joining us as that’s just not fair.

We also understand it’s exam season - however an hour of physical activity is excellent for the brain and to help release stress and anxiety - so please do try to attend your sessions.

All members should be arriving to the gym with a skipping rope and gum shield - these are the basics needed for boxing. We are a boxing gym and you will be required to spar (unless we have been told about any exemptions to this).

We are going to be toughening up on this. So take this as a warning - don’t turn up - loose your space!!!!

Parents of Easter Club kids!!

You will need to bring your children along at 9.30am tomorrow as there is a registration form to complete. Children MUST NOT turn up on their own to attend.

Please provide children with a drink and make sure they have suitable shoes on to take part in physical activity.

We will provide breakfast for the children.

Times at 9.30am - 1pm - please do not be late picking children up as we have other afternoon activities that we need to do.
