Afternoon Everyone,

As we gear up to open on Monday a quick few bits of information from us.

Our carded boxers - can you please make sure your Sport 80 membership is up to date and paid for ready for the season to start.

ALL children/adults need to be arriving to training on time and with a skipping rope and gumshield - these are the basics and we need to be doing it.

10-16/adults - make sure you arrive in your trainers - you will be out running before your session starts!!

ALL members are to arrive in appropriate training clothes - this includes shorts/t-shirt/leggings and trainers. NO CROCS OR SLIDERS!!!! If your child/you arrive in crocs to training you’ll be sent home.

Everyone is to bring some water with them - you’ll need it!!

If any of our parents have moved house, or changed telephone numbers can you drop us a message so we can update our records. It’s important in the case of an emergency that we have up to date telephone numbers.

Morning Guys,

We hope everyone is enjoying the summer holiday!!

We’ve had a lot of messages asking when the gym is back open - we’ll be back open on Monday 7th September for all classes.

We’ll also be going through our waiting list and getting some new starters in so bare with us whilst we do this.

We look forward to seeing everyone back on the 7th.

What a day!!!! Today we had our Llanrumney Phoenix Talent Show!! We were blown away by some of the performances we had!!

We had an ‘honourable winner’ too with Aubrey and her gigantic loom band!!! Guinness World Record stuff!!

Well done to everyone who took part!

Afternoon Guys!!

Last week of summer club this week!!!!

It’s been a blast and has flown by - we hope everyone has had fun so far.

On Wednesday we’d like to invite parents and siblings in to join us from 12pm. We’ve got some fun stuff lined up.

The slush machine will be back on tomorrow if children want to bring their £1 to get one at the end of the session.
