Yesterday, we saw legends Eddie Hall - The Beast, and Brian Shaw get stuck into some banger action with the guys and girls.

It was a shame the meeting got cut short; however, that wraps up another phenomenal season here at Mendips Raceway. If you have visited this season, we would love to see your photos, videos, and memories. Tag us using

Don't forget! We have our AGM on Sunday, 22nd November, and our Dinner and Dance Presentation on Saturday, 30th January.

What an epic day with these two heavy weights, Eddie Hall - The Beast and Brian Shaw learning the ropes of banger racing and giving it a good crack. Here they are pictured with very own strong man, Jack. We hope they had a great time with us, and they are welcome back anytime to take another shot at becoming banger drivers.

A strong field of Bangers is set for the season finale, with the prestigious West of England Championship up for grabs this Saturday! Expect plenty of close racing, action and drama as the drivers battle it out for the title.

Eddie Hall and Brian Shaw are booked in for what promises to be a fantastic evening of banger racing. We hope you know what you let yourselves in to, lads💪

The Allcomers Trophy, kindly sponsored by the Griffin family, is held in memory of Terry Griffin #243, a much-loved Mendips racer who began racing in the 1980s and passed his passion for the sport on to his family. Terry chased the West of England title for many years, making this a fitting tribute to his memory. ❤️🏁

Championship racing, a special tribute to one of our much-loved racers, and two world-famous strongmen — all coming together for a huge season finale!
