Yesterday’s Jubilee treated us to some remarkable scoring, despite mixed weather conditions.

A huge congratulations to Rhys Welnitschuk who carded a sensational 65 gross in the afternoon - just two shy of the course record. That, coupled with a morning 73, was enough to secure the trophy (nett 128 for the day).

There were plenty of other good scores on the day too, so well done to all the prize winners.

And a special shoutout to Myles and the team - the course was in great nick, and the greens were superb 👌🏼⛳️

⚽🏆 Congratulations to Chris McGregor – our Last Man Standing champion! 🏆⚽

Our double rollover round, with a huge prize pot of £3,010, came down to the final day of the Premier League season… and Chris held his nerve to take the bounty 👏 💷

A big thank you as well to everyone who took part throughout the season. Not only does Last Man Standing provide plenty of fun (and stress!) each gameweek, it also gives back to the club, with this double rollover round raising £645 for the Course Fund, and £645 for the Captains’ Charities ⛳💙

Finally, special thanks to Pete Hughes, who does a such a fantastic job organising and running the competition throughout the season.

We'll be doing another one for the World Cup, so keep your eyes peeled 👀⚽

It was great to welcome the group and hear how much they enjoyed the course 🙌 We hope you all had a fantastic day with us.

Special congratulations to Michael Spencer, who took top spot on the day with an impressive 37 points 👏 Michael also proved age is just a number, being the oldest member of the group and still taking the honours! He even bagged a two by holing a superb 50ft putt on our par 3 4th hole 🎯⛳

Last year’s captains Martyn and Dolly raised an impressive £4,645.70 for their chosen charity: Bren Bikes.

Today was the Captains Fundraiser, and it was great to see it so well supported!

The format was a 4 man/ladies team Texas Scramble. Some brilliant scores out there, and well done to all the prize winners 🏆
