Thank you to More Gym at Bourne today, who needed cover and let me teach my ActiveFit class. 🏋‍♀️💪👌

When you need 14 sets of light dumbells, grab a very BIG bag of rice (or similar). Collect your bottles and then seal the caps with tape. Now they are ready for my Chair group 🤸‍♀️

I always love these working days at West Dean College. They are so interesting listening to the tutors. Clearly i was trying to keep warm today whilst modeling and having my tea break near the big fireplace. Such stunning rooms.
