Wow what a turnout for my classes today in this extreme heat. 👏 👏 goes out especially to my Chair group. 10 of you battling the heat to get to class. I'm impressed. Relaxation... stretch... and mindfulness. REMEMBER KEEP HYDRATED 💧💧💧
