I have a couple of space available at my Beginners Pilates class, held at the Walberton Village Hall on Tuesdays 13:45-14:30.
This is a great class to start your Pilates journey! It can also help you to improve or manage an injury and/or condition.
Pilates is a great form of exercise to improve core stability, overall strength and joint mobility!
I am a graduate sports therapist and have worked alongside Arundel Physio for 10 years now! I treat a variety of joint conditions, back pain and common injuries in clinic and like to incorporate Pilates as a treatment and rehabilitation tool to help my clients manage and improve their pain.
