£20 per month per person
£17 per month per person for 2 or more from the same household
First class is FREE to new members

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can either pay per bank transfer or by cash at class

‘I have the Power’ Circuit 🥊💪 has been and will always be one of our favourite workouts. It’s a combination of heavy bag, ground and pound, bodyweight and equipment based exercises 😁 Finished off with a core version of ‘We will rock you’. Look at all those happy sweaty faces 🥵

Tonight’s class started with a game of play your cards right 🃏, and I definitely think there was some cheating going on 😂 Our main workout was a full body 6 round survivor circuit which went down a storm 💪👏 finished off with Resist the Push Tabata

Tonight at The Mighty Bootcamp, we slowed things right down and focused on Time Under Tension – proving you don’t need to move fast to work hard. Every rep counted, every hold burned, and everyone dug deep. 👏💥

The dynamic dozen at tonight’s sweaty Mighty Bootcamp 👏💪 🥵

After a quick Dice 🎲 warmup with a race to 6, with some loaded dice 🤔😂 we then followed up with our 6 station full body AMRAP/IGOUGO circuit (some impressive juggling skills on show 😁), finished off with a game of In and Out Hoops

I’m always amazed by you all, despite the intense heat tonight, you all showed and smashed tonight’s class 👏👏 We started class with plank train 🚂 followed by our 6 station upper and lower body tabata circuit 🥵

What a session at tonight’s Mighty Bootcamp💪

We took on our 6 station full body ‘HIIT & HOLD’ circuit tonight — and WOW… the effort, energy and determination from everyone was incredible 👏🔥 You all absolutely smashed it

To finish (because we don’t do easy 😏), we brought the fun with two games:
✊✋✌️ Rock Paper Scissors Wall – competitive, fast, and chaotic 😂
🏃‍♂️ In & Out Hoops – simple, fun, and a LOT of laughs

Nothing better than working hard and having a laugh doing it 🙌
