With a huge variety of classes and a community like no other, some of our key features include; Industry leading equipment to perfect your workouts and achieve your personal aspirations and goals, and an extensive free weights area, complete with a 270 degree mirror surround allowing you to work out the way you want and ensure your techniques and postures are monitored correctly. Our One to One interaction with our Personal Trainers, allows you to perfect your technique as you work out, and they are always available to answer your questions. Keep Fit Darlington Fitness Studio allows us to hold, on average, 40 classes per week, no matter what your level of fitness or interests; we believe there will be something for you. With a relaxed and user friendly environment, first time & experienced gym users can benefit from the facilities on offer.
