Chris’ tip for this bloc, is to remember that the start is the crux, as the foot hold isnt great!! Think about keeping your heel down to increase surface contact area whilst pulling up. Have fun and enjoy 👊

Tina’s top tips:
‘Changing how you hold one of these holds might unlock the send! 🗝
I've seen a few people come off the second to last hold, but if you change your grip to a left hand guppy, you can engage your bicep and shoulder to help keep tension and control! I'm really enjoying trying to force subtle movements through setting!
