Last night we sprung a surprise grading on Jordan. We normally don't grade NoGi but Jordan has managed to evade the last two gradings and at this point it's almost sandbagging. He is a handful for anyone now, so we decided to spring it on him. Well done Jordan. Hard work pays off. Keep pushing all the way to purple and beyond.🙌
I would.like to say no Jordans were harmed in the making of this video but I can't lie 😂😂 He still managed to stay for the second striking class though. What a lad.

A busy weekend with making the England squad and competing on the first ever women's only MMA show. Also well done to on his first win.

Just wanted to say how proud I am of who is taking on a tough challenge tonight at in Darlington at the .theatre. Tickets are still available. I've known Becki nearly my whole life and we've done some mad stuff and come through some crazy times together. Becki started training to lose weight and get fit and she is like a different person now to what she was just a few short years ago, what she's achieved is unbelievable.
