Another great matchup on . Isaac and Frankie met as kids with Frankie coming out on top in a great match. Since then Frankie has gone on to fight for British titles and has had some great bouts.

Isaac has got a big challenge ahead of him as this is only his second kickboxing match (Frankie being his first) and his first headshot bout. He told me he wants to be challenged and is desperate to get the win back. As a parent and coach how can you argue with that?!? Please get in touch for tickets.

We are always super busy at Sensei but this next week is crammed with stuff. Please have a watch and see what's coming up. Your support as always is appreciated especially with regards to the fund raising, getting ready for the IMAAFS. We also have loads of fights coming up so keep turning up to class and helping your team mates.

First one matched on NEK1 . I always say as an MMA athlete you should be able to jump into any contact sport and hold your own. I'm sure big Dan will do that and more. Looking forward to seeing him finally get a run out and do the biz.

Well done to last night on . Unfortunately he didn't get the win but he is an amazing prospect at only one and a half years of training. It's just the beginning for Fin, he is a real talent and with a bit more experience will be a handful for anyone.

Unfortunately opponent pulled out on the day again. We have now had two full training camps preparation for this waste of time. I hope that he never gets another chance on any other shows. What an absolute loser. He cancelled the day before on the first fight and on the day the second time. I just can't understand the mentality of some people. We move forward and have a great opponent lined up for November so Dan can finally get back in the cage.

Thanks to and for inviting us to demo some bits and have a stall at their grass roots competition today. I met some great people and got to watch some very impressive performances.
Great for the athletes and great for Darlo to be hosting these events.

Well done to our Masters crew competing in Wolverhampton at the Elite BJJ British Masters this weekend.

Some great matches, plenty of learning and a good chance to test themselves against competitors from across the country.

Always a privilege to share the mats with people who continue to challenge themselves and compete, whatever their age or experience.

Big respect to everyone who stepped up 🤙
