I eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness, I love helping others reach their goals by challenging them with new and interesting exercises while keeping them happy and motivated. My biggest reward as a trainer is seeing a client do things they couldn't do before. Our services include... getting fit and healthy, leaning down in the quickest time possible, building incredible strength, boosting confidence and having fun along the way. We help people at various abilities such as athletes, people wanting to get in shape and people just starting out. We focus on THREE BIG fundamentals and that is through Training, Nutrition and Mindset, tracking progress weekly with our very own custom made app.

We love welcoming new people through the doors at Pfit, but one thing we’ll never enjoy is saying goodbye to our loyal members ❤️

Claire Barrass has been a massive part of Pfit over the years. She’s been consistent, worked hard, got stuck into everything and, most importantly, has been a brilliant person to have around the place.

Members like Claire are what make Pfit what it is.

We’re gutted to see you go, but thank you for all the years you’ve spent with us and for being such a big part of the Pfit community.

MEMBER OF THE MONTH – PAULA 👏

A very well deserved Member of the Month for Paula.

Paula is a constant grafter and the effort she puts into every session is unbelievable. She turns up, works hard and just gets on with it every single time.

She’s also one of our longest standing members at Pfit, and we feel very privileged to have had her with us for so many years.

A brilliant member and thoroughly deserving of this one.

Every workout you complete.
Every healthy meal you choose.
Every early night.
Every time you show up when you don’t feel like it.

Saturday’s session was an absolute laugh!

The challenge was simple… bring ANYTHING but a water bottle to drink from.

Safe to say, the Pfit crew understood the assignment 😂

Great session, loads of banter and exactly what Pfit is all about. Training hard and having a laugh.

Already thinking about what ridiculous idea we can do next…

A massive well done to Holly, our Member of the Month! 👏

We absolutely love the effort Holly puts into her training. She works hard, is always looking to improve and brings a brilliant attitude to every session.

But what really stands out is what she brings to the Pfit community. She’s constantly smiling, encouraging others and bringing people together, the type of person every gym needs!

An absolute pleasure to coach and very well deserved.

Today, a group of our Pfit family took on the Darlo 10K, and I couldn’t be prouder.

For some, there was a time when running 10K felt completely out of reach. They never thought they’d be able to achieve something like this again. Yet today, they crossed that finish line and proved to themselves just how far they’ve come.

Others use Pfit to become stronger, fitter and keep pushing their limits, and today was another step forward on that journey.

This is what it’s all about. Building confidence, improving health, challenging yourself, and doing things you never thought were possible.

A massive well done to every single one of you. You represented Pfit brilliantly, and we’re all incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved. 💚

Yesterday was one of the proudest days we’ve ever had at PFit.

Our very first Sports Day is officially in the books, and what a day it was.

For a few hours we all became kids again, running races, cheering each other on, laughing at ourselves, and making memories that we’ll be talking about for a long time.

The best part wasn’t who won. It was seeing every single person smiling. The encouragement, the energy, and the way everyone threw themselves into it reminded me exactly why we do what we do.

A huge thank you to every member who came along, got involved, and made it such a special day. You turned a simple idea into one of the best events we’ve ever had.

Days like this prove that getting fitter isn’t just about workouts. It’s about building friendships, creating memories, and having fun together.

We’re incredibly grateful to have such an amazing community.

Roll on Sports Day 2027… we’ve already started thinking about how to make it even better! 🏅
