A great 2nd preseason session. The girls put in a hard shift tonight.

Working on back to basics of rucks and where we need to be in attack & defence 😮‍💨 the improvement as the session progressed was amazing 👌🏻🥳

However, we do want to say a massive thank you to all the girls and parents who attended the summer rugby fun sessions. It’s been amazing fun with you all.

We’re looking forward to pre season next week and the season ahead.

Excellent to see new faces again this week. We are very lucky indeed.

Only one more Summer Rugby Fun to go before preseason starts. We’ll sure miss this but I’m sure preseason will be just as fun 🤩
