The coaching cuck chair

I've been coaching people on person for 19 years and coaching online for 14 years.

This has unironically been one of the best things I've done for my coaching process

Grabbing a pen and paper, sitting on the cuck chair and doing feedback from that position

Whilst it can be useful to look at people's logs and get the context from the data coaching is more vocational and artistic than it is logical.

Its easier to give feedback in a different environment removed from the Computer screen it's closer to the real thing in the gym in my opinion.

There is a lot of muscle memory of watching people move and being able to know the right thing to say and when to say that can be accessed in an enrioment less removed from doing it in person in a gym or on the field of play.
