Summer is nearly here, and if you are honest with yourself, you might not be looking forward to it as much as you should be.

You may already have a holiday booked, but the thought of wearing certain clothes or being in photos is not something you feel confident about. And if we are being real, this has probably been the same story year after year.

So what actually needs to change?

Start with your nutrition. A lower carbohydrate approach can be a very effective way to reduce body fat without constantly feeling hungry or restricted.

Then look at your training. Strength training is one of the most powerful things you can do, not just for how you look, but for how you feel in yourself.

And finally, focus on your recovery. If your sleep is poor and you are constantly run down, it becomes much harder to get results from the effort you are putting in.

Now ask yourself this.

What could you change over the next 90 days that would make a real difference to how you look and feel?
