Please join us all today in remembering the most incredible man any of us ever met, on the 18th anniversary of his passing.

The man who started this club around 60 years ago now.

Dereck Hoile, we all love and miss you so much. ❤️🥊

Training on as usual tonight. 🥊🥊

Couple of quiet sessions recently, let’s see those numbers up tonight. 👆

Especially you guys and girls that want to get in the ring soon, need to see more dedication from you. 💪

Also, too many of you are sneaking out at the end and swerving the skipping and running, do the hard work and the rest comes easy. Get it done. 🏃🏃‍♀️
