Myself and are continuing our class designed specifically for women over 40 — because as our bodies change, our training should too. 💪🏼

Perimenopause and menopause can bring big shifts in energy, strength, and confidence. Yet, it’s still a taboo topic that many women go through alone.

Let’s change that.
Let’s build strength, share knowledge, and support one another through this stage of life. 💫

During perimenopause and menopause, hormonal and metabolic changes can increase the risk of:
• Bone loss
• Muscle loss
• Weight gain
• Slower metabolism
