Pilates can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and functions.

Famous for enabling participants to develop a strong toned core, regular Pilates practice can also help you develop a lean, toned body, improved posture and improved flexibility. My classes provide an excellent standard of tuition in a supportive, motivational environment. Exercises are explained thoroughly and you choose what level you want to work to, as all exercises are ‘layered’ in their intensity.
