We’re excited to welcome Kate to the gym 💪

Kate is a female-focused personal trainer who’s passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and fitness at every stage of life. Alongside her love for general strength training and overall fitness, she’s currently studying Level 3 Pre & Post-Natal and completing a course in exercise and training through menopause, allowing her to support women with training that’s both effective and appropriate when needed.

Massive congratulations to one of Shay’s clients, McKenzie, from everyone here at The Den. Keep smashing it, we love to see it!💪🏽👏🏽

Huge congratulations to McKenzie O’Reilly, winner of the Junior Wheelchair event at the Play Your Way to Wimbledon tournament!

McKenzie went unbeaten, winning all three matches in the round robin to claim the title in style.

Richard is taking The Den international!🌏

This is Richard who is our owner Shay’s client, he took part in the Salzburg half marathon today while repping our T-shirt!

Just 4 years ago, Richard was 24 stone - with Shay and Richards undying motivation and dedication he’s now in the best shape of his life! Lifting weight he could’ve never dreamed of before and running half marathons for fun!🏃🏽(This one is his 5th this year!)

Richard is a great credit to our gym and we’re all very proud of what he has achieved!🏅

This is Marc, he is recovering from a head injury and stroke in 2022 that left his right side very weak. He is a top man who is so inspiring to myself and others in The Den.

He is working his ass off each session and is improving every time I see him, a lot of his progression is huge thanks to his mother and the rest of the family helping him at home restore his health!

I am super proud of how far he’s come in a short space of time and I’m so excited to see how he progresses in the future!

This may seem easy exercise but for Marc this is extremely difficult and mentally exhausting but he is determined to improve and you’re going to find these plates a lot higher in the next few weeks!!

Thank you for inspiring us Marc, now let’s keep cracking on 💪🏼👊🏼
