Well done to our assistant teacher Nasri 👏🏻

Our next national qualifying swimmer is Nasri.
Nasri knows how to take the highs with the lows of the sport. With the support of his team mates, coaches and TMs whilst racing in Sunderland, he pulled out a phenomenal swim and bagged himself an English Nationals spot.

Well done Nasri 👏

Let's go 🧡💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Air temp isn’t water temp. Stay safe.

Entering cold water makes you GASP.
Cold water increases your breathing and heart rate, causing PANIC.
Your muscles will get too cold, making you uncoordinated and WEAK.

RLSS UK’s advice is:
• Choose lifeguarded spots
• Never swim alone
• Wear bright colours
• Enter the water slowly
• Get out before you get cold

If you get into trouble, Find Your Float.

It may feel warm outside, but the water isn’t.
Share this vital water safety advice to help keep others safe.

During our swimming lessons we always promote water safety. These are some great points to remember

We’ve teamed up with Met Office to help you get for summer.

Many parts of the nation are set to enjoy warm and sunny weather this weekend and over the next week. As many of us spend more time with family outdoors, whether that’s for a run, a waterside walk or an open water swim, it’s important to stay safe.

Before you go, take a few minutes to refresh your water safety knowledge. It could make all the difference in an emergency.

It is with pride that TEAM CADS have 4 swimmers who have qualified for this year's Summer National's. Just showing once again that we are the leading competative club in the area. When swimmers train with others that have similar goals, it's raises standards and belief. You have to train with the best to be the best 👌.
With 3 swimmers achieving Aquatics GB Next Generation champs times and all 4 achieving English Nationals times 👏.
Next week we will introduce and celebrate the swimmers that will be representing TEAM CADS over the two weeks of racing. 🧡💙

Go team!

It’s so lovely for us at the swim school to see some of the children we once taught. Such superstars ⭐️
