Another brilliant week planned for my Clubbercise homies!!!!!!

I will always say and mean this…you come and you do as much or as little as you like. Low and high impact options offered throughout! Nobody is watching, nobody cares! It’s your money, your hour, your time. You simply pay me to motivate, captivate and entertain!

All classes on as normal this week! Newbies! Make your way to the Monday night session where it’s nice and dark and there’s plenty of room for you to sprawl out!

Dearest gentle readers, I’m still hung over…..anyone else?? Feeling the burn in my head, shoulders, knees and toes, knees and toes!

Time is flying by! We, however, have made the most of our start to the year with our crazy fitness sessions and our monthly gatherings, spreading love, joy and fun throughout our community!

Fitness is more than just keeping yourself looking good. In fact, the shift has changed to keeping your mental health functioning to its best potential. Both of these are offered as part of a cardiovascular fitness session. Add the chance to dance and sing along to tracks that make you want to sing so loud you could pop your tonsils and voila! You have a Clubbercise session.

Did I mention the people in the classes? The actual icing on the glow cake!!!!! 💚💙❤️💗💜🖤🧡
