A huge congratulations to our latest intake at The Pilates Movement Academy who have completed their Reformer Pilates teacher training with us.

It’s been an absolute pleasure hosting you all!

We think that is pretty awesome so deserved a shoutout. For all other mums to be or new mums, Reformer is a great workout to either support your pregnancy or help your rehabilitation journey after.
