It completely depends on the injury and the person..
How recent was it?
What stage of recovery are you in?
What does movement currently feel like for your body?
Sometimes a group class is absolutely the right place to start. Sometimes we may recommend beginning with a private first - it’s all about finding the most supportive option for you.
As a general guide, if your injury has happened within the last 18 months, it’s always best to drop us a WhatsApp before booking so we can point you in the right direction 😊

Star of the Month – Karen Ramsay! ⭐
We knew Karen was a keeper from the moment she came and sat down for a chin wag during our Bramley open day. Through commitment, consistency, and determination, Karen has increased her strength and resilience tenfold since becoming a member.
If I’m honest, I often forget she has rheumatoid arthritis because she never lets it define her and never says no to a challenge. Super supportive, kind to everyone, and humble despite being brilliant, we just love having her in class. She also loves dragging her wonderful husband along and they really are a fantastic power couple.
Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our community Karen. We hope you enjoy your treat!

5 years of HKôre. Honestly… what a blommin special thing to celebrate.
From the very beginning, we wanted HKôre to feel like more than just a Pilates studio.
We wanted people to feel known. Welcomed. Celebrated. Part of something.
Our community events have always been about creating moments outside of class where members chat to people they’ve only ever seen across the studio, where instructors and clients connect beyond the reformer, where friendships form, and where something more meaningful begins to grow.
Because HKôre has never just been about Pilates.
It’s about joy. Play. Community. Movement optimism. Feeling stronger, happier, and more yourself.
Watching this community grow over the last 5 years has been one of the most special things we’ve ever been part of, and we are so very grateful for it!

Empowered by lululemon x The HKôre 200 Club: The OG’s ✌️
This past Sunday, we brought together some of HKôre’s most dedicated members - members who’ve hit an absolutely incredible 200+ classes with us for an Empowered by lululemon event.
To celebrate this bloomin’ huge milestone (and say a massive thank you), we teamed up with lululemon for a little appreciation morning: which included a free class, a snazzy goody bag, and time to catch up over coffee + cake at the wonderful Maddings Café.
It is really important to us to recognise the commitment you show week in, week out - and to say it clearly: WE SEE YOU, we see your dedication, and we appreciate you so, so much.
Feeling forever grateful to have the very best members, always cheering each other on and bringing laughter, fun, and joy to every session.
