How are you doing this Sunday evening? 🤍
Sometimes we can get the Sunday blues and find it hard to enjoy the final hours of the weekend when we are worrying about the new week ahead. 🫣
My kids have been on school holidays, so Monday will be a return to routine and back to the school runs for me! I'm starting to mentally process what needs doing for the start of the new school term. I'm also so aware that this will be the final term before the summer holidays—the last term of Year 4 for my eldest, and the last ever term of nursery for my youngest! 😢 time flies.
If you're feeling a bit overwhelmed tonight too, just try and take a bit of time out for yourself before bed. Maybe a few rounds of conscious breathwork, writing down a positive affirmation for the week, or simply getting an early night. 🌙 😴
As always, I will be here this week if you need some dedicated time to reset and breathe.

The Vibe: A slow, expansive yoga flow created for the energy of the summer solstice, followed by a light seasonal buffet lunch. We'll close the afternoon with a soothing live Gong Bath with Harry. A perfect chance to pause at the height of the year and let your mind soften.

The Vibe: 45 minutes of pure, unapologetic rest. No stretching, no effort, no expectations. Just blankets, stillness, and the kind of quiet that resets you from the inside out.

The Vibe: A playful, confidence-building intro to using a yoga strap. Learn how it can help you stretch deeper, align better, and add a fun challenge to familiar poses. We’ll finish with restorative, strap-supported positions to unwind completely. (Perfect for both beginners and regular yogis!)

Hello yogis
Hope you've all had a great bank holiday and have been able to enjoy the glorious weather 🌞🌞🌞
I've been enjoying the long weekend on the boat with the family making lots of beautiful memories! We did the Todmorden carnival, Townley Hall and the beauty of the waterways in this area. 😍

How are you actually doing today?
It's day 2 of , and often by Tuesday or Wednesday, the "to-do" list starts to feel a bit louder.
If you’re feeling the mid-week slump or your mind is racing, try this 30-second grounding technique right where you are:
😌Unclench your jaw.
😌Drop your shoulders away from your ears.
😌Take one deep breath—fill your belly, hold for a second, and sigh it out loud.
Sometimes, we just need a reminder that it’s okay to pause.
If 30 seconds isn't enough, I’m hosting a dedicated Relax & Unwind session this Friday the 15th. We’ll be using restorative poses and Yoga Nidra to give your nervous system the deep rest it deserves.
No goals, no sweat, just stillness. 🤍

Taking that first step onto the mat is often the hardest part, but it’s also the moment you start reclaim a little bit of space for yourself. Whether you move through the whole flow or spend sixty minutes in Child’s Pose—you are welcome here. 🧘♀️
