On 13th October, to celebrate Autumn, you’re invited to join me at Holdsworth House 6.30-9.30pm for a wholesome and nourishing evening. An evening to nourish mind and body as we lean into an inner shift of releasing what feels heavy and making space for YOU.

A huge heart felt thank you to each and every one of you that joined me and Yoga with Lisa Jane at The Tree Relaxation Retreat at the weekend. Amongst the many amazing conversations and experiences, some of you shared with me that the weekend had been 'life changing' which is incredible. It's no under statement either, because these incredibly safe, welcoming and nourishing weekends, are a platform for huge transformation. I used to say that what goes on at The Tree stays at the Tree - but it's just not true. Because each and every one of us, come back to our families, friends, work colleagues with a renewed sense of self. The wellbeing boost ripples out within our circles and in our community.

I've booked The Tree again for 2027, so for anyone who's interested in this experience, please feel free to get in touch with me.

Adeles Yoga returns to the Crossley Gallery on Wednesday 2 September, with weekly classes from 17:45 - 18:45.

Stretch out, switch off and leave the working day behind.
