From full classes to cupcakes, a glass of fizz and so many familiar faces, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate our first birthday.

What started as an idea has grown into something so much bigger than a Pilates studio. It’s become a community filled with support, friendships and people who choose to show up for themselves and each other.

To every member who has walked through our doors this past year, thank you. You’ve helped make Rise what it is today.
