A forecast of a storming Hope performance this weekend proved accurate as our new recruits provided the spark to keep an electric Hope top of the league 🌩 ⚽️⚽️⚽️ 🌩

The best form of defence is attack as they say, and Tommy exemplified this mindset by picking up his first goal upon joining the club.

Not to be outdone, Tezza picked up a couple to start an unexpected charge up our goalscoring charts, whilst Ethan picked up another MotM award through his trademark control in the centre of the pitch.

A lot of credit to Walsham for their performance, they're another team of decent footballers sure to take points off plenty this season when they get the rub of the green.

The league sure looks competitive this year, no room for letting standards slip lads, points are earned, not given 💪

We haven't put the score up yet, so you'll have to watch the full game to see how many we won by! We are the only team in all 6 divisions to have won all our games.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

It might have been bright outside today, but now a crowd has formed to descend on Walsham and rain down goals ⛈️ ⚽️⚽️⚽️ ⛈️

Expected to strike sometime between 2:30-4:30pm, will the forecasts prove correct or are they just a load of hot air?

They say a championship winning team is built upon its defence, and with Hope currently sitting top that's exactly where we've looked for our Player of the Month - the outstanding Matt Kersey 👊

Be it behind the scenes, behind the midfield, or being begged to cover a goalkeeping absence, Kersey's been the rock upon which everything good was built 🏰

Never afraid to put his head - or more recently his nose! - on the line, we're looking forward to Kersey bringing home even more battle scars and points as he sets the standards across the divisions...

🎖 Well done Kersey! 🎖

After missing a tasty cup clash last week with a full 16 and more of injured and unavailables, it's back to business this weekend for Hope as we regroup and travel out to a Walsham.

Walsham sit in a false position in the league having had some tough fixtures and lack of subs of late, so this could be a tricky fixture and not one to take lightly.

A couple new faces and a bunch of fit again lads look to bring a storm rather than a little wind to the Willows this week, but who will make the cut for the squad?

Could be a lively Thursday training session with a lot of spots up for grabs...

Highlights from our match against Brooks Hall Rovers yesterday.

If anyone was in any doubt this was our toughest test of the season so far, Brooks Hall swiftly reminded them by coming out of the traps fast and taking an early 1-0 lead.

For the rest of the half Hope's calm passing play faced off against Brooks' more direct attack with pace. Despite higher possession, Hope failed to create many golden chances, and with Brooks looking dangerous in bursts a close 90mins seemed in store. 😬

Indeed, the 2nd half started evenly balanced until the hour mark when Hope cut through clear on the left only to be chopped down on the edge of the box!

A red for Brooks, a boost for Hope, and despite the free kick going over it was soon 2-1 Hope via finishes at either side of the 6 yard box by Terry and Stanny after crosses by Nana and Connor. 🙌

Brooks to their credit never let their 1 man disadvantage show and continued to threaten on occasion. Believing they could equalise and looking steady at the back, Brooks stayed in it till the end, but at 90mins it was relief for Hope and another win to stay top of the table with a 100% record.

Next week we take on another 100% team, but this time from a much higher league - so we're gonna need to find some extra gears and fast!

We might have won 9-2 last month against Brooks Hall, but it doesn't mean the squad has stood still.

New threats added across the park with competition for places at its peak can only mean another high octane game is about to kick off...

Two teams with nothing but wins this season clash on Saturday as Hope face Brooks Hall that must be nothing like the side we beat 9-2 in pre-season.

Hope have nearly all their goal scorers from last month's clash available again, so it's all eyes on Brooks Hall to see how much they've improved and who has more chance of keeping a 100% record come Saturday evening...
