The lads bounced back from the semi final heartbreak in perfect style in Flambrough yesterday.

In a tightly contested first half we went in level at 2-2 but a dominant second half display brings the points back to east hull. We couldn’t ask for a better response from Tuesday night and now we go all out in our last 5 remaining league games. UP THE EASTSIDE🔴⚫️🔵🟣

Devastating defeat in the semi final last night.

We went down to AFC skirlaugh on penalties. So frustrating as the old cliche says the better team lost. We would go as far as saying we dominated 90% of that game but a set piece 5 minutes from time gifted skirlaugh a goal and the dreaded lottery of penalties eventually undid us.

A shout out to all the lads last night they were relentless and never gave in from minute 1. We ended up losing but for me the best performance of our whole season a bit more of that and we’ll be just fine.

Were also very disappointed as after the game we’ve learnt that skirlaugh actually played 2 players who should have been ineligible to play, we had to drop 4 of ours for the same reasons but looks like they will get away with it, what’s the point in rules if they are not gonna be followed🤦‍♂️

And it doesn’t get any bigger than this one. We go head to head with AFC Skirlaugh tonight in the semi final of the League Junior Cup.

In what will be a big game for the lads it would be great to see some familiar faces on the sidelines supporting us like they always have done. It’s set to be a cracker and I don’t think you will be disappointed. Let’s pack them sidelines and hopefully cheer the boys on to what would be a huge victory.

We face off against AFC Skirlaugh in the League Junior Cup Semi Final a week tomorrow! In what’s probably one of the biggest fixtures in our existence it’s also bound to be one of the most difficult against a decent and experienced Skirlaugh team.

We normally have some great support in big fixtures and this one means that little bit more so it would be a great help to all the lads if we can pack the sidelines as we always do and hopefully help the lads to a huge victory and our first cup final as a team.
