Mental Health Awareness Week might be coming to a close, but it’s something we see come through the studio every week 💚

For a lot of children, dance class is where they:
✨ relax and come out of their shell
✨ make real friendships
✨ something they genuinely look forward to each week
✨ a space where they feel free to just be themselves

It’s honestly one of the nicest parts of what we get to see here, watching their confidence grow over time and seeing them proud of what they can do 🫶✨
