Inconsistent is inevitable 🤷🏻‍♂️

The last couple of months haven’t exactly been my most consistent when it comes to training or nutrition.

As a personal trainer, it’s easy to feel like I should always have it all together. But if I’m honest, I’ve loved every minute of these summer holidays.

Flo being off school has taken me right back to those days before she started. More time together, making memories, and enjoying life with her and Lucy.

I’ve probably eaten more than I usually would, trained less than I’d like, and let the routine slip a little.

And you know what? I’m okay with that.

Because sometimes life isn’t about hitting every target. Sometimes it’s about being present and showing Flo that balance is best.

The routine will come back. The training will come back. The nutrition will come back.

Sam’s Progress Picture 💪🏼

I’ve been working with Fran Cousans and Sam for quite some time now. They’ve both put in an incredible amount of work over the years, but recently they’ve really taken things to the next level.

Training clients in their own homes isn’t always the easiest way to achieve great results, but Sam has stayed committed to the plan, been consistent with his nutrition, and trusted my advice every step of the way. The results speak for themselves!

Holiday training ☀️💪🏼

Even if there’s a gym available while you’re away, don’t feel pressured to use it. Holidays are the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and recharge both physically and mentally. The routine will still be there waiting for you when you get home.

Don’t feel guilty about spending the day by the pool, having an extra cocktail or making the most of the all inclusive buffet (which I definitely did 😅). You’ve worked hard in the lead up to this holiday, training consistently and dieting to feel your best.

A few days or even a couple of weeks away from your usual routine won’t undo all of your progress. Enjoy the break, make memories, and when you’re back home, you can get straight back into your routine and back to it.

You’ve earned this holiday… now enjoy every minute of it!

Josie’s Progress! 🙌🏼

Josie has been fantastic since day one. Goals were set in February, with the main objective being to get wedding ready by August. We are now months ahead of schedule, which gives us room to explore some new goals.

Potentially the busiest person I have ever met, but this was never going to be a barrier for her. She took on every single piece of advice I gave her, gave 100% in every 1-2-1 session, and made the right changes to get to where she is now.
