Now for something a little different. Some of the coaches attended a Goshin Jutsu Kata course recently. They are now trained to respond to attacks with wooden implements.. well done all

Fantastic day out at the Higham and Rushden competition last weekend. Great fighting by our two and leaving with medals. Well done!

Just a note that Judo is on this week. Apparently better never rests!!
